The darkness grins with delight and blackens out her gaze
The mist blurs and turns pleasure to pain, highway to maze
I won't be confused. I run, I run. I search for that fiery blaze
The endless sea makes it futile to try to feel the caress from afar
A crow tells me "Never, never, you won't touch that star".
I yell, and scream, "I will come back" and push for my distant draw
I see
A face that glows with joy, reddens with fear
Pulsates with lust, dejected as falls the tear
I hear
Her voice is soft and delicate, on a full moon
Loud and cracked with the dawn of June
I gaze into
Eyes that express, can't hide what she feels
Big and bright with bliss. Downcast, crescent with gloom
I need
Lips that pull me, irresistibly to what I want to free
Draws me closer to what I want to be a part of me.
Clouds are growing, dark and thick, trying to cloak what I've seen,
The sunset tells me that my reality is nothing but a dream.
"No, No! I saw, I saw!" I scream, I scream..
The wind howls, loud and long, tries to choke the voice I heard
The rain declares, that I am lost, confused, insane
But I yell, I yell. I scream, I scream. I plead that I am sane.
